These are the rules that govern your use of 77pak. They are written in plain, straightforward English so that every player – whether you are in Karachi, Lahore or anywhere across Pakistan – knows exactly where they stand. Please read this document in full before creating an account or placing a bet.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or place any bet on 77pak. Age verification may be requested at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the payment source.
Each player is permitted one account on 77pak. Opening duplicate accounts – whether to claim bonuses again or for any other reason – is a violation of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be merged or suspended and bonuses associated with them will be voided.
All transactions on 77pak are processed in Pakistani Rupees. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your deposit unless you have contacted support and received written confirmation of an alternative. No currency conversion fees are applied by 77pak.
All promotional bonuses at 77pak come with wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus or winnings from it can be withdrawn. The specific requirements are stated on each promotion page. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing wagering will result in the bonus being forfeited.
Using bots, automated software, exploiting technical errors, collusion with other players or any other method of gaining an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited at 77pak. Confirmed cases result in account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and a permanent ban from the platform.
77pak provides deposit limits, session time alerts, cool-off periods and self-exclusion for all registered players. These tools are available under your account settings at any time. Using them does not require justification and will not affect your standing as a player on the platform.
By registering an account on 77pak, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 77pak.
These Terms constitute the full legal agreement between you (the player) and 77pak for your use of the platform and its services. They apply to all games, features, promotions, payment transactions and support interactions that take place on 77pak.
Important: Using 77pak after any updates to these Terms – even if you have not re-read them – constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it periodically.
To create an account on 77pak and access any real-money game or betting feature, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your use of the platform:
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false information – including a false date of birth – is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension. 77pak reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend access to your account until verification is complete.
Each player is permitted to hold one active account on 77pak at any given time. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery option on the login page. Do not create a new account. Duplicate accounts found by 77pak will be merged and any bonus or promotional funds associated with duplicates will be voided. Persistent creation of duplicate accounts may result in a permanent ban.
Your 77pak account and its security are your responsibility. You must keep your username, password, and any other login credentials confidential and must not share them with any other person under any circumstances. This includes sharing your account with friends or family members – only the registered account holder may use the account.
77pak will never ask you for your password via email, chat or phone. If you receive any communication asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your 77pak account, whether or not you authorised it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 77pak support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, but we cannot reverse losses that occurred due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Security tip: Use a strong, unique password for your 77pak account that you do not use on any other website or app. Enable any two-factor authentication options available in your account settings.
All deposits on 77pak are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 77pak, though your chosen payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.
Deposits from Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your 77pak wallet instantly in almost all cases. IBFT bank transfers may take up to two hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. 77pak does not charge any deposit fees. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
You may only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name. 77pak does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment method that does not belong to the account holder, 77pak reserves the right to withhold those funds pending verification and to return them to the original payment source.
Funds deposited into your 77pak account are held in trust for gaming purposes only. Deposits cannot earn interest. They are available for withdrawal subject to the conditions set out in Section 5 and any applicable bonus wagering requirements under Section 6.
The minimum withdrawal amount on 77pak is Rs 500. Withdrawals must be requested through the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless you have contacted support and received written confirmation that an alternative has been approved. This policy exists to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
77pak targets processing all Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of the request being submitted during normal operating hours. Actual transfer times may be slightly longer during periods of high volume or if payment provider systems are experiencing delays. IBFT bank transfer withdrawals typically process within one business day. Card withdrawals follow card network timelines which can vary.
77pak may request identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement and is not specific to any individual player. Documents commonly requested include a copy of your CNIC and a screenshot of your registered mobile wallet showing your name and account number. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold.
77pak offers various promotions to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback and free bet credits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the promotion page, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn, you must complete the wagering requirement stated on the relevant promotion page. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable. Only bets placed with real money count towards wagering requirements unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
Bonus abuse: 77pak monitors accounts for bonus abuse, which includes creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk covering bets to clear wagering requirements, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotions rather than participate in them genuinely. Confirmed bonus abuse results in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
77pak reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players who have partially completed wagering requirements at the time a promotion is discontinued will be given a reasonable period to complete the requirement at the terms originally stated.
Once a bet or wager is confirmed on 77pak, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the player. You are responsible for reviewing all bet details – amount, selection, odds or game parameters – before confirming. In live betting and live game situations, the speed of play means that confirmed bets are irreversible from the moment they are accepted by the system.
All bets are settled based on the official rules of the relevant game as implemented on 77pak. In the event of a technical error that causes an incorrect payout, 77pak reserves the right to correct the error and adjust payouts accordingly, including recovering any overpayment from a player's account balance. Players will be notified when this occurs.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on 77pak. These limits are displayed in the game interface before you confirm a bet. Limits may vary by game, table, player level and promotion. 77pak reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
All games on 77pak that use automated outcomes – including but not limited to Jackpot Slots, Virtual Sports, Aviator, Ludo dice rolls, and automated card deals – use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. These systems are independently tested and audited to ensure that outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, manipulated or influenced by 77pak, by any player, or by any third party.
Live dealer games feature human dealers operating physical equipment under video surveillance. The card dealing, spinning and other physical game actions in live dealer sessions are genuine and unscripted. 77pak does not provide guidance to live dealers on game outcomes.
In the unlikely event that a game malfunctions during play, the round will be voided and any stakes wagered in that round will be returned to the players' accounts. A game malfunction may be caused by a technical fault, data transmission error or software bug. 77pak's decision on whether a malfunction has occurred and how it is resolved is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 77pak and will result in account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of all funds in the account, pending investigation:
77pak uses automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Detection methods are confidential. Players suspected of prohibited conduct may have their accounts temporarily suspended during investigation. 77pak's determination on prohibited conduct cases is final.
All content on 77pak – including but not limited to the website design, logos, game graphics, software, text, images, video and audio – is the intellectual property of 77pak or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or otherwise use any 77pak content without prior written authorisation.
Your use of 77pak grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for its intended purpose of personal entertainment. This licence does not grant any ownership rights in any part of 77pak or its content.
77pak provides the platform and its games on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Planned maintenance, unplanned outages or third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77pak's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the platform – whether in contract, tort or otherwise – shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
77pak is not liable for losses arising from a player's own gaming decisions, including decisions made under the influence of a technical error that has subsequently been corrected, or decisions made while the player was aware of a connectivity issue on their own device or network.
77pak is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gaming is intended to be an entertainment activity. 77pak does not encourage players to view gaming as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

77pak uses your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the platform experience. We do not sell your personal data to any third party for their independent marketing purposes.
77pak reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For material changes that significantly affect your rights as a player, 77pak will attempt to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of 77pak after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss the closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
These Terms and Conditions and your use of 77pak are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which 77pak operates. All disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 77pak's customer support team for informal resolution. 77pak commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism specified in your registration confirmation. 77pak's decision on matters of game outcomes, technical errors, and platform operation is final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described above.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
